Step1: Your Order Specification
Speak to our customer service officers or email us your list regarding your requirements for purchase. Please kindly indicate the make and model, quantity and the pricing for each of vehicles you wish to purchase.
Upon our review, our customer service officers will inform which of the vehicles you wish to purchase is available for purchase.
Step2: Security Deposit Payment
To confirm your order on the available vehicles from our correspondence with you, a security deposit is required to be paid to us for your order to be processed. During processing, each vehicles associated with your order will be purchased and inspected to ensure that they are in good working conditions.
The security deposit amount is dependent on a case-to-case basis, which is exclusive of the order payment and will be fully refunded once the order has been complete before the order expiry date.
Step 3: Full Payment of Your Order
An invoice will be issued to you upon completion of order processing, and full order payment will be required to be received via telegraphic transfer to our designated bank account (Refer to Payment Terms and Conditions) before the order expiry date.
Upon which, Bill of Lading (BL) will be telex released to the consignee, with the shipping of your order of vehicles to the consignee’s designated address.
Step 4: Additional Cost
Please kindly take note that additional fees may be incurred by you if the vehicles associated with your order is parked within the Export Parking Zone.
